Delmarva Foundation is proud to be working in partnership with the State of Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) in improving the quality of supports for Georgia citizens with developmental disabilities. Our mission is supporting people to live everyday lives through collaborative quality improvement strategies designed to promote a person directed service delivery system. We hope to enhance the service delivery system in order to produce results that reflect communicated choices and preferences that matter most to the person. We offer this website as one part of our Georgia Quality Management System.
DBHDD Georgia Quality Management System Annual Reports for Developmental Disabilities
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) released its fifth Georgia Quality Management System Annual Report for developmental disability services. The report looks at the effectiveness of service delivery from the perspective of the individuals served and measures providers’ compliance with the department’s policies, procedures and training requirements.

Providers are now being offered more opportunity for support and technical assistance!!
Providers who have already participated in a Quality Enhancement Provider Review (QEPR) can request for Delmarva to come out and provide additional technical assistance. If you are needing training/guidance for staff in a particular area, assistance with documentation, help with policy and procedures, assistance with developing person centered supports and services, help to support informed choice, and any other area you feel Delmarva can assist you with, all you have to do is fill out the document below and fax it to our office at 404-459-9675 to the attention of Menorca Collazo or e-mail it to Menorca Collazo at email@example.com. You can also request technical assistance for a specific individual you support.
